MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FIRE ALARM INSTALLTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED
We are seeking an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent with experience in Fire Alarm installation, to lead our Fire Alarm Installation construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the team on-site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Electrical Foreman/Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of fire alarm installer/electrical workers on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work activities.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and resource allocation.
- Utilize software tools such as Google Suite or MS Office for project management and documentation.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical and installtion practices and safety protocols.
